Future-Ready Career Pathways for System-Impacted Youth
Futurenomic Resources is a California-based community innovation hub providing contract-ready, culturally grounded programs in digital literacy, AI, mental health, and entrepreneurial training.

Our CalAIM-Aligned Programs support youth and adults facing systemic barriers to health and employment—offering wraparound support, certification preparation, and direct job placement. We operate in alignment with CalAIM initiatives, including Medi-Cal Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS), to serve:

Medi-Cal eligible individuals

BIPOC youth and adults

Justice-impacted populations

Foster and unhoused youth

Individuals experiencing substance use disorders
Program Flow
Intake & Assessment → CHW-led enrollment, Medi-Cal eligibility check, and needs screening.
Individualized Service Plan → Dual track for workforce training and wellness support.

Workforce Path: Skills training, mentorship, certification/project completion, and job or business launch.

Wellness Path: Ongoing CHW-led care coordination, digital wellness check-ins, and ECM/CS services.​

Wraparound Support: Trauma-informed mental health check-ins, tech access, housing navigation, resource referrals, and peer accountability.
Delivery: In Person, Virtual, or hybrid (mobile-friendly).
Facilitators: Credentialed trainers and CHWs using equity-centered, culturally responsive methods.

We maintain trained Community Health Workers (CHWs), standardized workflows, and secure digital infrastructure to ensure rapid onboarding of Medi-Cal members, seamless coordination with MCP care teams, and timely reporting in accordance with CalAIM requirements.
