Futurenomic is a nonprofit organization delivering CalAIM-aligned Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) services. We serve low-income, system-impacted, and historically excluded populations, providing structured, measurable pathways to improved health, housing stability, and workforce participation through trauma-informed digital wellness, CHW-led care coordination, and skills-based training.
Our mission is to integrate financial literacy, workforce readiness, advanced AI and arts technology, and mental health awareness to create holistic pathways for health and economic stability.
